Occasionally we have guests that meet up for their stay in Victoria and end up with two vehicles. Unfortunately, there is only one designated spot for each of our condos. Parking on the street is difficult and is timed so you can’t stay in one spot all day. It is free from 6 pm to 8 am and all day Sunday and holidays. The first hour of parkade parking is free. Daytime parkade parking price does vary with parkade but is approximately $11.50 per day.
We have found that The Empress Hotel underground parking lot offers extended stay parking. It is $16 per 24 hour period but there aren’t any in and out privileges. What you do is buy a ticket and place it on your dashboard. You pay $16 per day based on when you leave.
Monthly passes may be available from the Robbins Parking head office. Prices range from $120-$250, depending on which lot is chosen. Apparently 98% of spots slated for longer-term parking in parkades already have a waitlist and permanent long term takes precedence over short term parking. City parking lots don’t have monthly rentals and operate on a first-come, first-served basis, paying the daily parking rate.
