BOOK YOUR OWN STAYS: Are you looking for a hassle-free and lucrative property management experience in Victoria? Look no further! From marketing and guest screening to maintenance and rent collection, we handle it all. You stay in control of your booking calendar for personal use. Plus, enjoy a flexible 60-day cancellation policy. OUR COMMISSION RATE: 25% for stays under 28 days, 20% for longer stays. Partner with us for hassle-free management!

SAVE ON COMMISSION: With this option, you save on commission. We still handle everything - marketing, guest screening, maintenance, and rent collection. However, owners cannot book personal stays, and the agreement renews annually. OUR COMMISSION RATE: 20% for stays under 28 days, 16% for longer stays.

HOST THE GUEST: If you prefer to host guests and manage your property but need a partner for marketing, guest placement, and rent collection, our Owner Managed option is perfect for you! You maintain full control of your booking calendar for personal stays, and our agreement includes a 60-day cancellation policy. OUR COMMISSION RATE: 12.5% for stays under 28 days, 10% for longer stays.

We utilize cutting-edge software to provide a smooth guest booking experience, which includes an owner portal that allows you to manage your bookings, track rental income, and review charges for select management options.

Properties within Victoria Prime’s portfolio are treated with the highest level of care, as if they were personally owned by the company’s founders. The company owners are directly involved in the management and upkeep of your property.
Our goal is to ensure your property qualifies for an exemption from British Columbia’s Speculation Tax. Over 95% of our owners are exempt, as their properties exceed the required 180 days of occupancy within a calendar year. Our team is also highly knowledgeable about local business regulations and provincial short-term rental laws.
Victoria Prime is highly confident in the quality of our service, which is why we don't require property owners to commit to long-term contracts for select management options. For these options, we simply ask that you provide us with 60 days' notice if your circumstances change and you wish to terminate the agreement with Victoria Prime.
